If you have the following charge on your card (“AD CREA* AD CREA ENTER”), as of February 2026, this is a payment charged by AdCreative.ai
There is a very good chance, as reported by many, many other people online, that you signed up to this service on a free trial, cancelled, but continued to be silently charged – even though you are not using the service and the company is not interacting with you at all.
Or, you may not have cancelled the trial in time, and continued to be silently charged with no invoice email notifications, as you would expect from any company.
To recover your funds and make a complaint, here is what I recommend:
-Contact their customer support via their website immediately to demand a refund (be polite but very firm and keep following up). I found aoife@adcreative.ai to be the most helpful person there.
-Report the company to the French authorities (AdCreative is based in Paris and is part of the Appier Group of companies). You can use this form in English to do so (this is my next step, after receiving only 50% of what they charged me).
